Government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) is required at check-in
Parties and unregistered gatherings are not permitted
Zero tolerance for illegal substances or disruptive behaviour
All residents must be 18 years of age or older
Tampering with fire safety or security equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action
Other things to note:
- Our quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which time we ask residents to maintain a respectful noise level.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property, including all indoor common areas and individual rooms.
- For security purposes, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID (passport or driver`s license) during check-in. The name on the booking should match the identification provided.
- To ensure a safe and family-friendly environment, we enforce a strict no-party policy and have a zero-tolerance stance on the possession or use of illegal drugs.
- Guests are expected to treat the property, fellow residents, and on-site team members with respect and courtesy at all times.
- All residents must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Tampering with fire alarms or firefighting equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in severe consequences.
- Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Late check-outs may be subject to additional fees.
- After confirming your booking, you`ll be required to submit your Student ID and basic personal information through our guest portal for verification purposes.
