This lovely Villa is situated in the peaceful Domaine of Sinopolis,with a Salt Pool and wonderful views over the bay towards St Tropez.This Villa is 280m2 and sits on a plot of 1300m2. It has a gated entrance and drive away.

There is a laundry on the ground floor for your convenience.The house sits on a large plot. At the entrance there is a gate and then a driveway and parking. There is a set of steps they lead you to the front door with a small patio with a table to enjoy morning coffee (as we get great sunshine here in the morning).
At the back (the side with wonderful sea views and a view of StTropez) the terrace is raised (for the best view). Here you have an outside dining an a lounge area.
The pool is rectangular and is salt.
