In the heart of La Caletta , in a central but pleasantly secluded area, there is this lovely apartment on the second floor of a building that offers visibility on two sides, giving light and air to the rooms.
Once you walk through the front door, you are greeted by a bright and harmonious environment, where the living room/kitchen area opens on the right, characterized by delicate green tones that make the atmosphere relaxing and welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator and a large storage unit, ready to prepare lunches and dinners with friends. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a single bed , a TV and a dining table ideal for sharing pleasant moments.
From this room you can access the private balcony , a small outdoor corner with a view of the village, perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and moments of relaxation.
The sleeping area consists of a bright double bedroom , also in shades of green, furnished with a large piece of furniture and designed to ensure tranquility and comfort. The apartment is completed by a functional bathroom equipped with a shower box.
To make your stay even more comfortable, there are also air conditioning and washing machine , details that really make the difference.
