This spacious two-bedroom penthouse apartment is ideally situated in the peaceful and sought-after complex of Los Patios de Santa Maria, right next to Santa Maria Golf Course, which offers a clubhouse bar, restaurant and tennis.
The complex offers two large swimming pools, one of which includes a separate children’s pool — all set within beautifully maintained communal gardens. The property is also just 850 metres from the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Elviria, 2km to the beach and only 11km from Marbella town centre. The apartment includes secure underground parking, vented air conditioning, and WiFi for a comfortable stay.

The master bedroom features twin beds (which can be zipped together to form a super king on request), built-in wardrobes, and a full en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, and bidet. The guest bedroom also offers twin beds and fitted wardrobes, with use of a separate guest shower room fitted with a modern walk-in shower.
