A postcard about the sea. Casa Alta Marea is the ideal holiday home for those who want to wake up every day with a spectacular view. Just go out onto the large balcony that surrounds the apartment to let yourself be conquered by the blue of the sea and the green of the vegetation.
Located in the private Pinewood district of Arenzano, the house benefits from 24-hour security.
The sea can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes through the pedestrian gates accessible with the appropriate card.
For trips, the Prontobus shuttle service is also available for a fee.
ATTENTION: to allow vehicles to access Pineta, it is necessary to communicate the license plates of the cars at the time of booking or in the days before arrival.
The space
From the garage located on the parking floor, you can access the apartment via a short flight of steps and using the suggestive panoramic rack lift.
Located on the second floor and with a private entrance, the apartment offers a cozy living area overlooking the terrace, furnished for pleasant moments of conviviality and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. The rooms are completed by a bathroom with a bathtub and two bedrooms: one double and one with a sofa bed, connected to the living room by a sliding door. Depending on needs, it has the double function of remaining part of the living area or closing itself off to an additional double bedroom. Both from the living room and from the bedrooms there is access to the large terrace. In the living room there is also a beanbag that can be converted into a single bed.
Ideal for families and groups of friends, the house can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
Among the services offered you will find sheets and towels, air conditioning and independent heating with adjustable radiators, WI-FI and the garage for small and medium-sized cars - MEASUREMENTS, opening width 2.10 meters/length 2.80 meters/internal width 2.30 meters.
The structure complies with municipal waste disposal regulations.
