The villa is part of a complex of villas each one with its private pool and areas. The Villas are separated from each other, in such a way, keeping privacy and exclusivity intact. Each Villa has been designed to have its own "personality", fulfilling everyone's accommodation desires. Each villa has an outdoor gas grill.
This villa has an extra touch of privacy and tranquility, as well as exceptional views out over the endless blue of the Aegean Sea and towards the neighboring islands Skopelos and Alonissos.
The villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in 4 Double rooms and 1 Single room. 1 more guest may be accommodated in a single sofa bed located in one of the bedrooms.
Split over three levels, the villa has relaxed sitting and dining areas along with a fully equipped kitchen on the ground level.
On the upper level are two bright and spacious double bedrooms, one with an en-suite WC, a single bedroom and a large family bathroom.
On the lower level are a further two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Furthermore the villa has its own hidden veranda area. This makes it perfect for 2 families to share but have a little privacy when required.
Villa's interior design is modern and fresh. The outdoor area benefits from a large swimming pool, garden area and a 180 degree vista of the surrounding area. Exterior furnishings are of the highest quality to keep you feeling in the lap of luxury. There is also a pergola with undercover dining area that's a real favorite for al fresco dining. This is ultimate holiday living for those looking for privacy and relaxation in a luxury villa.
