It was a wonderful place. Great location. The lady who met us to check in was the sweetest!! Would highly recommend!

The appartment was exactly as advertised - very spacious, great kitchen and bathrooms and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. We were walking distance from all the main sights and a wide choice of restaurants. We had a wonderful 4-night stay.

The apartment has a lot of potential. Some things were good, some not. Good things, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washing machine and lines to dry. Secure building with an elevator. Bad - No communication from the host. Messaged her twice for arrival info. We arrived in Ravenna by train. Still nothing from host, had to call VRBO, they couldn't reach her either. Finally got a call saying someone will meet us at the apartment. While there the 1st night the power in apartment went out. I called her, no answer. She texted me not through vrbo app. All communication regarding electric was done through a text. my husband had to go downstairs to find her breaker box in a room full of breaker boxes. He did find it and power was restored. I messaged her telling her power was restored. She never responded. Not a thank you. Sorry, nothing. Never heard from her again, just checking out turn out lights leave keys in lock box. (was never given code to lock box)FYI: no microwave, no instructions on anything, tv. hot water heater was unplugged . It is farther than a 20 minute walk from train station, especially with luggage.I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was a bad vrbo host experience. Vrbo agent was very helpful and communicated several times with me to make sure everything was ok.
