Novel Villa is a comfortable stone-built residence in Mouzaki Zakynthos, ideal for families and larger groups. With a private pool, warm natural design, and a peaceful location, it offers ultimate relaxation in a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious layout across three levels and the cozy ambiance make it perfect for a carefree and enjoyable stay.
Novel villa, 190 sq.m., accommodates up to 10 guests, plus 4 additional guests on sofa-beds. The ground floor includes a kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa-bed, one bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed each, while one bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor offers a second kitchen, sitting area, and an additional sofa-bed for two more guests. The attic features one bathroom and three bedrooms, each with a double bed, two with en-suite bathrooms. In total: 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
***The resilience fee of 15 Euros per night is paid upon arrival with cash ***
