Cascais Family Retreat

A three bedroom apartment located in a privileged area of Cascais, offering a high level experience, with all the amenities and all the comfort you need to enjoy a sublime and peaceful stay. The apartment is very bright during the day and is located in a residential area, being surrounded by gardens, golf courses and within walking distance to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and beaches of Cascais.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator.
It is ideal for families looking for good days out in Cascais, with all the main attractions of the town just minutes away.

Due to the proximity to a main road, traffic noise is to be expected.

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms with double bed, one of them is en-suite with and another with a drawer bed that turns into a double bed.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two full bathrooms.

￫ Living Room
The living room has a flat screen TV and an inviting sofa in front of the marquee with dining area and its splendid natural lighting.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee kettle (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
