The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with elevator Please be aware that the elevator has small dimensions and that there's a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.

→ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms with a double bed, one of which is a suite with air conditioning and balcony. The remaining two rooms are interior, with no windows.

→ Bathrooms
The apartment has three bathrooms with shower.

→ Living Room
The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable connection and a comfortable sofa.

→ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). The dining area offers a view of the neighborhood, warm natural lighting and air conditioning.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The apartment is surrounded by Lisbon's most famous viewpoints, such as "Miradouro Senhora do Monte" and "Miradouro da Graça," both of which are just a short walk away.

It's conveniently located near one of Lisbon's oldest and most charming districts: Mouraria. This neighborhood not only survived the devastating 1755 earthquake that nearly leveled the entire city but is also the birthplace of Fado music, Portugal's signature sound.

The apartment is also in close proximity to the green metro line, bus stops, the iconic 28 tram, and you can easily explore all the historic neighborhoods in Lisbon's city center, including Graça, Alfama, Baixa Chiado, Bairro Alto, and even Castelo de São Jorge.

Everything you need is just steps away from the apartment, including convenient grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. The nearest metro station (Anjos) is only a 1-minute walk away, and Rossio train station is a 15-minute stroll, providing easy access to the picturesque village of Sintra.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get in the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, please contact us so we can provide a Transfer service to pick you up at the airport (subject to an extra cost).

Please note that there's no free parking in the area.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
