INTERIOR

This modern ground-floor apartment features a bright and airy open-plan living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining and also featuring high speed fibre internet. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, including an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. There are two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. One bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the other shares a separate shower room.

Step outside to enjoy your own private outdoor area. The small garden and terrace include sun chairs, a dining table, and comfortable seating—perfect for alfresco meals, long lunches, or simply soaking up the sun. Guest have use of a shared swimming pool at some 50m distance.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.
