Villa Mimao boasts the perfect location almost directly on the wonderful beach of Manuel Lourenço. The views from this semi detached cottage are quite breathtaking.



The property has maximum capacity for 2 adults + 2 children up to aged 12.



Please note, we don't accept reservations from groups of young people under the age of 24 years.



2 Small animals can be accepted at this property for the extra cost of 10 Euros per animal per night to be paid in cash at check in.



Featuring a spacious private terrace with shower, charcoal BBQ, sun loungers and a table and chairs it offers the ideal space to relax to the sounds of the sea.



Internally, this bright cottage has a living area with a double sofa bed, an additional separate sofa, TV and dining table with 4 chairs and air conditioning.



The kitchenette has white units with granite work surfaces and electrical appliances include with microwave, electric hob, extractor fan, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, electric juicer, electric hand whisk and all necessary utensils, pots and crockery. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in a small separate laundry area.



The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobes, and air conditioning.



Doors lead from the living area and bedroom on to the spacious terrace.



The generous bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.



The property has hot/cold air conditioning and free wi-fi.



The beautiful beach of Manuel Lourenço is literally 55 meters away and takes just over a minute on foot. There is a great beach bar / restaurant on the beach too.



Apolonia supermarket is just 1.2 kms away. There is an Aldi supermarket 2.3 kms from the villa.



All reservations include a full clean upon departure.

If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.

If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
