Beautiful, rustic house "Neves II", surrounded by trees and meadows. 4 km from the centre of Albufeira, 3 km from the sea. For shared use: tennis. Private: natural state property 450 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (30 m2, depth 140 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Jan.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, roof terrace, burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 1.5 km, sandy beach 4 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Marina 4.5 km.
"Neves II", 4-room house 85 m2. Practical and rustic furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. 2 baths/WC. Electric heating. Heating not available in all rooms. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Het huis was boven verwachting. 2 badkamers met beiden douche in badkuip. 3 ruime slaapkamers. Een heerlijk zwembad en een aparte keuken . Alles is aanwezig . Een oven en losse magnetron. Broodrooster citruspers. Keukendoeken en voldoende handdoeken. Er komt een schoonmaakster poetsen en ongeveer om de dag vuilniszakken wegnemen en een beetje vegen rondom. Enige puntje : er is alleen betaald wifi. Alles zit op een paar minuten rijden . Heerlijk , we hebben genoten !! Dank aan de eigenaar

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Sauber und die Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet Der Vermieter und die Leute die sich um das Haus (Pool, Reiningung und Müll) kümmern, sind sehr nett. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und dadurch hat man absolte Ruhe. Der Pool ist super. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub

absolute Alleinlage

Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Traumhaus in einem abgelegenen Tal aber trotzdem unweit des Atlantiks - in 10 min. ist man am Strand- egal ob Albufeira oder Gale´, ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten, regelmäßigem Bettwäsche und Handtücherwechsel, der Pool ist gesichert aber das mit der Poolheizung müsste nochmal überdacht werden. Wenn das System der Heizung richtig funktionieren würde, hätte er 30 Grad und mehr. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert , die Küche topp.

Erg fijne vakantie gehad

Het huisje is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's. Rustige, landelijke omgeving. Maar met de auto zo op het strand of in de stad. Erg tevreden over de service en de vriendelijkheid. Een aanrader!

Beautiful place, private and out of the way. very local to most desired tourist locations

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 days and we realy enjoyed it here. The house was respectably tidy had all the essentials needed for a holiday stay. Pool was clean and a decent size. The air conditioning in the bedrooms were a blessing. After a few nights we was met by the owner and he was very helpful and mindful of your own privacy. There seems to be a maid on the grounds who every couple of days will sweep around the house and do a general tidy up around the pool area and even replaces your towels and empties your bins and recycling while your out. We were on top of all of this and didnt leave her much to do but it's a nice to receive that service. I guess it can be a little intruding to some but thats down to preferences. The house is out of the way and would require car rental to get there but saying that you are only 10-20 minutes drive to the shopping centres or old town and many other tourist and sight seeing destinations almost the perfect location. My only two faults with the property are one of the naibours on the grounds had some dogs which can sometimes be annoyingly noisey and that the double bed mattress was pretty hard and uncomfortable again down to preference. But do not let that put you off that's two minor things and this a gem of a place, I couldn't imagine anyone not enjoying there stay here

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été très satisfait de notre location. La maison est très bien entretenue est propre. La piscine est sécurisée ce qui est en plus avec des enfants. L'emplacement est idéal à 10 minutes de Albufeira et des zones commerciales. Un peu difficile à trouver au départ mais le calme et la verdure valent le coup ! Petit bémol sur le manque d'équipement nécessaire à la cuisine type huile vinaigre etc que nous avons dû acheter.

Accomodatie is wel wat veroude...

Accomodatie is wel wat verouderd/gedateerd. Opknapbeurt zou wenselijk zijn. Fijn zwembad, schoonmaak daarvan mag wat beter (groene aanslagranden). Keuken is matig (qua loods maar ook qua potten/pannen/apparatuur. Wifi is er dus NIET. Althans niet zonder zelf een 4G simkaart aan te schaffen. Reistips: Albufeira, Lagos, strand van Galé.

Das war ein rund herum gelungener Urlaub!!

Das Haus liegt ganz herrlich ruhig! Es ist sehr sauber und wird auch während des Urlaubes ständig gesäubert und alle Anlagen gepflegt!
