Villa Casa das Amendoeiras, a lovely 4 bedroom villa with private pool

Villa Casa das Amendoeiras is the perfect villa for families with young children as the lovely private swimming pool is fenced and gated. It can also be heated for an additional charge. There is also a slide and 2 swings on the lawn and the gardens are flat and totally fenced and gated.



Another reason that it is ideal for families with young children is that only the master bedroom on the first floor has patio doors leading out on to a balcony. The other bedrooms just have windows with shutters so there is no access to the exterior areas of the villa via these bedrooms.



The villa is located in a peaceful area surrounded by orange groves but is just a 10 – 15-minute drive from the coast. The closest main town is the historic town of Silves which is around 12 minutes by car.



The villa features a fully fitted kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. In the living area there is a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, comfortable sofa and easy chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player, air conditioning and patio door leading on to the rear terrace. There is a separate laundry/storeroom with the iron and ironing board a shower room and bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.



On the first floor the master bedroom has double bed, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Patio doors lead on to a rear facing balcony overlooking orange groves. Then there are 2 further bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin single beds. These bedrooms also each have fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The first-floor bathroom has a bathtub with shower over.



The villa has a security alarm system, wi-fi and charcoal BBQ and is ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday but not far from amenities. A car would be recommended and there is secure parking for several cars at the villa.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.



The property is located around 10 km from Silves city, 14 km from Praia de Armação de Pera sand beach, 22 km from Albufeira and 53 km from Faro Airport airport.
