Villa Cecilia is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa in a perfect location with great sea views, particularly from the first floor and roof terrace. It has maximum capacity for 6 adults + 2 children (using 2 extra single beds).



PLEASE NOTE, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FROM YOUTH GROUPS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS.



It is situated just a short walk from the Old Town Centre of Albufeira (approximately 20 minutes, or around 1.5 kms) making this the perfect place for a family stay without the use of a car.



The entrance hall has a charming feature stone ceiling giving the villa a majestic feel.

The split-level living room / dining area has comfortable sofas, fireplace, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs and air conditioning. Patio doors open out onto the swimming pool terrace and gardens.



The bright kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven, microwave, electric hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the necessary pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery needed for a self-catering stay.



There is a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer, iron and ironing board.



A large bedroom is also on the ground floor with double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, private balcony and a private bathroom (which has a bath with shower over).



A guest toilet completes the ground floor.



On the first floor there is a full bathroom and a bedroom with twin single beds. The bedroom also features large fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and a private balcony with sea views.



The master bedroom has a double bed. The bedroom has air conditioning and a large en-suite shower room. The private balcony has a table and chairs where you can sit and admire the alluring views over to the sea.



For entertainment, on the lower ground floor is a great games room with ping pong table and an exercise machine (not suitable for children).



From the first floor, external stairs lead to a private roof terrace with the most superb views towards Albufeira and over the sea.



There is free wi-fi throughout the villa.



Externally the villa boasts a beautiful decked private swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a charcoal BBQ and small gardens. There are sunlounges by the pool and a table and chairs for outdoor dining.



Parking is available on the street.



Villa Cecilia is located in a residential area, a short stroll from the Old Town of Albufeira and also a short distance from Oura area. There is an abundance of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, stunning beaches, and local amenities within easy walking distance of the villa.



All reservations include a full clean upon departure.

If your reservation is for 12 nights or more, then a change of bed sheets and towels mid-stay is also included.



If you wish you can book a towel change mid-stay with small light cleaning service for an additional cost of 30 Euros per request.



This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.
