We initially came in and sprayed (and left the spray) to treat the condo while we were working on setting up a professional pest company to come to spray. Thank you for reporting the open not working and are happy our team was able to come by the same day and reset the oven to get it working properly. We have since replaced the beach chairs that broke. Our team will communicate this information with all necessary parties and hope no other guests have to experience these items. We hope to host you again on your next Maui vacation. We’re currently taking steps to ensure your concerns are addressed. We are working with outside professional pest control companies to address any items. Please know that the Royal Mauian AOAO handles the pest control for the property and has regular quarterly treatments performed by a contracted pest control company. Ali'i Resorts handles the rentals of some of the condominiums at this resort. As we experience increased pest activity, we request additional pest treatments and have done so in the past quarter. Additionally, we have provided bait stations per your request. Due to Hawaii's tropical climate, roaches are a constant battle.
