This property is just amazing, the pictures don’t do justice to the amazing view, we enjoyed so many family meals on the balcony. The location is perfect, a short walk to any shopping and dining, plus the beach and pool were steps away. The location was central to the various tourist activities too. Check-in was super easy, didn’t have any property questions the entire time. Perfect space for our family of 4, was great for the teenage boys to have their own rooms and to have a washer/dryer. Highly recommend!!

Host met us and tried to explain the area but we had stayed there before. One toilet was leaking and the repair crew fixed it 2 days later. Good place, right on the beach, near lots of nice food places.

Great ocean view. Pool was cold this visit and 3 years ago when we stayed here. We never saw any older guests in the pool and our one year old grandson didn’t want to go in because it was too cold!! The condo was very nice! It would be nice if they left some basic cooking supplies like olive oil, balsamic vinegar, seasonings, etc… the miniature salt and pepper shakers were the only cooking item!

So enjoyed this Condo and location. Beautiful view of to the west, sunsets are great. Close to action, grocery, retail and beaches.

The views and accommodations were superb. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked and organized. The management company was on top of things and checked in throughout pre travel, during our stay and facilitated the check out process. The location was impeccable for what we were looking for in terms of views and walking access to shaved ice and restaurants. From the main bedroom I loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. I don’t think my friends were able to hear the ocean from the other 2 bedrooms. We also snorkeled right in front of the condo and saw many beautiful turtles! We loved not having to get in the car to access beaches and calm ocean for a quick swim! The only bummer was the “condensor” on the deck that shot hot air and noise that we couldn’t really sit on that section of the couch to enjoy our group. Our friend is an architect and made suggestions to the mgmt company on how to redirect that hot air upwards. I hope that this fix gets implemented because then our visit would have been perfect!

I didn’t want to leave. I would stay in this exact condo. Loved Kihei. We’ve been to Maui twice before and stayed on the Kaanapali side. Like this location much better

Royal Mauiian

Our family had a wonderful week at the Royal Mauiian. The view from our condo was magnificent! The unit was so comfortable with everything that we needed for our stay. The large lanai had room for all five of us to sit outside and enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets. The pool was lovely and sandy beaches were very close.

Gorgeous condo in the perfect location!

Carnie was a great help in getting us settled. This place is stunning and clean with all of the supplies needed for our stay. The view is incredible and located between two stunning beaches. Great snorkelling, amenities across the road, rooftop patio etc. The pool was awesome and Kihei is the place to be. We will be back!

Wonderful!

We traveled with four adults (2 grandparents and us the 2 parents) and two children (ages 5 and 1) and found this condo to be perfect for our summer vacation! Condo is exactly as it appears in the photos, if not better. Loved everything about it and would book it again in a heartbeat!

We had a blast at this well located property. The views are great, it is walkable to lots of food options and a short walk to two lovely beaches. The bedrooms were as advertised and comfortable. One minor bummer is the air conditioner unit on the porch, which is rather loud and blasts hot air on to the porch. Likely a non-issue outside of the summer months, but if the AC is on, using the lanai is not as enjoyable. Other than that, the place was excellent and we had a wonderful stay.

Maui vacation

I am very particular about cleanliness and this place was clean. It’s in a great location: go left out of the condo and you are at the beach, go right and you are also at a beach, step straight out of condo and enjoy the pool or watch the turtle show everyday. Great location to take small 15/20 min car rides to check out other beaches.

Great condo! Perfect location!

We were here for ladies trip to the sunshine to escape the gray & rain. Morning coffee on the lanai watching turtles & whales play right in front of us. Happy hour watching the beautiful sunsets we’re amazing as well. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. Clean condo & great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Views

Nothing beats sitting on the balcony, looking out at the panoramic ocean views, sea life (as in sea turtles!), islands that punctuate the seascape, and hearing the crashing waves. Spectacular sunsets! Excellent beach walking, prime location for easy access to restaurants. Exterior or the building and the pool are meh, but who cares when you have so much else to look at and enjoy.

Royal Mauian 218

We stayed in Unit 218 while celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary with our two sons and their spouses. The six us all felt the condo was perfect. The unit is beautifully remodeled and all accommodations are top notch. The location was a perfect location for the beach, for watching sunsets from the spacious modern lanai, and for shopping and restaurants right across the street. I would highly recommend renting this condo to anyone I know. Mahalo!

Too Perfect

A family of four, parents, teens plus grandma stayed at this fantastic property. The place was super clean, organized and had everything. The back lanai is addicting since it is very spacious, table for 6-8 plus a sofa that allows you to watch whales (multiple spottings a day) and turtles. The location is within walking distance of shops , restaurants and shaved ice. The mgmt company is very responsive. We felt very lucky to be here for 10 days and can't wait to return. Mahalo!
