Ocean Paradise
We rented this condo in early April 2024 and were so impressed. The condo is extremely clean and organized, with everything you could think of. It was out first time in Maui, and the views were incredible! We loved hanging out on the balcony, watching the whale spouts and the sea turtles in the rocks below. It is right next to a beautiful beach, where we spent hours swimming and snorkeling with the turtles. We will absolutely stay in this condo again when we come back to Maui!

We have stayed in many units in this building and this one is nice except for the following. The suggestion we have is to request that the kitchen be cleaned of excess dishes, glasses, oversized coffee cups, pots, pans, and utensils so your guests have room for food storage. In a unit that sleeps 4, do you need 14 double sized coffee cups, 40+ dinner plates, 40+ salad plates, 10-15 salad bowls, 6 large water pitchers, 3 or 4 of every known kitchen utensil on the planet? Every cabinet or drawer is overstuffed with enough to fill 3-4 condo kitchens. For food storage there is 1 small 6" x 30" hard to open cabinet between the refer and kitchen wall.. We had to store dry goods in the oven because there was no room for storage in the cabinets. Additionally, it's nice to have all the beach toys and chairs, but, if a 4 people don't need them all, there is so much stuffed into the closets, there isn't enough room for clothes. Hopefully, someone will examine this place and clean it out!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are residents of the Big Island and wanted to revisit Maui after many years. This condo was our base area. It has been totally redone and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen has every detail handled. Good bed and nice linens. The unit is truly ocean front. Roof top pavilion is perfect for sunsets. The management staff was very responsive and courteous. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend this rental.

Second time’s a charm
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at RM 410 for a second time and found we were just as pleased with our experience as first time around. The unit is nicely decorated and well supplied and the waterfront view is spectacular. On top of that, the Royal Mauian is in a great location between 2 lovely beaches and close to restaurants and stores. Looking forward to our next stay!
