São Bento Deluxe 42 with Balcony

A spacious, comfortable and super convenient place to stay right in the middle of the city. You'll be just in front of São Bento station and a few steps away from Torre Clérigos and Livraria Lello - the place that inspired Harry Potter's library. Also surrounded by beautiful gardens (Parque das Virtudes, Jardim da Cordoaria and Jardim do Carregal) and numerous high quality restaurants and stores.

Renovated apartment located on the third floor of a building without an elevator (acesso apenas por escadas).

￫ Bedrooms
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with a double bed and balcony and one with two single beds. An air conditioning unit located in the access corridor to the rooms, allows to easily refresh the spaces.

￫ Bathrooms
The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and shower and the other with shower only.

￫ Living room
The living room features modern decor, plenty of sunlight and has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a dining table and air conditioning unit.

￫ Balconies
It also has two balconies, overlooking the São Bento station.

￫ Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped refrigerator, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker (coffee not included).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
