I wouldn’t stay here again. First thing that went wrong was, when entering the property the parking pass is supposed to be left on the counter for you. Ours was not, which would be no big deal if I didn’t feel like I had to jump through hoops to get an actual phone number I could call and tell them the issue. I had to call VRBO who looking up the property number and give me a number to call. I called and talked to a lady who worked for Luna Properties. They did get it resolved right away. Basically the housekeeper forget to leave it, so they had to call and have the housekeeper drop it off. Not that big of a deal just not something I wanted to do.
Second:
Family of five so after a day we had run out of toilet paper. We also used the one garbage bag that was there and realized there were not garbage bags in the property nor extra rolls of toilet paper. I found this odd because most other VRBO properties I have stayed at in the past had these things. So I called the people who manage the property and inquired about the toilet paper and garbage bags. It is the way the lady spoke to me on the phone that sealed the deal with never staying here again, she said, “I don’t know if you know, but this is not a hotel. You rented a property, those essentials are the guests job to provide.” I was taken aback by how rude she was. A simple I’m sorry, but you’ll have to provide those things would have been better. Truly put a damper on the trip. Oh and the dishwasher was not working.
