It has four double bedrooms, one of them with private terrace, two en suite bathrooms, 1 separate bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with wood cooker and two large sofas, large dining table for 8 people, heating and a large garden with several rooms to relax, enjoy and eat outdoors.

It has towels, bath products, hairdryer, set of beds, wood cooker, oven, coffee maker and all the basic products in the kitchen. Services: TV and WIFI.

The building where the house is located consists of two independent houses, each with its own private access and no shared space or common areas.

Saus is a small village off the beaten tourist track, yet it is a lovely place to relax and visit. An ideal place to stroll through its cobbled streets. From this charming village you can discover the countless corners of the Alt Empordà, make excursions to the nearby medieval villages, surrounded by countryside with many hiking trails and visit the coast and its fishing villages. The house is 15 minutes from the best beaches and coves of L'Escala and Roses.
