Just a short walk to lovely Mellows Park, shops, cafés, and transport links, it’s an ideal base to relax or explore London and Surrey with ease.



The Space:

This modern single‑storey bungalow offers a calm, welcoming base, thoughtfully set up by Hestia to feel like a true home away from home. Everything is on one level, with soft carpets in the lounge and bedrooms and practical flooring in the kitchen and bathroom to make moving around easy and comfortable.



There are two bright, comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the larger bedroom with patio doors features a king‑size bed. Both rooms have fresh white linen, bedside tables and lamps, plus plenty of natural light from large windows and patio doors, and the main bedroom also includes a simple glass desk and chair, giving guests a handy spot to work or get ready.



The open‑plan living space features a spacious lounge with a large corner sofa, extra seating and a TV, flowing through to a breakfast‑bar style dining area with wooden counter and high stools. A modern, fully equipped kitchen sits alongside, with gas hob, oven, fridge‑freezer and all the essentials needed to cook and eat in.



The bathroom is contemporary and practical, with a specialist walk‑in style bathtub that includes an integrated powered seat which gently raises and lowers guests in and out of the bath, along with multiple grab rails to support those with reduced mobility. The raisable seat can also be easily removed if not needed, so the bath can be used in a more traditional way, and the room also offers an overhead shower, heated towel rail and vanity unit for added comfort and convenience.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private, enclosed back garden with outdoor dining table, chairs and loungers, accessed directly from the living area and main bedroom, as well as through a convenient side gate. This blend of comfort, accessibility and thoughtful touches reflects Hestia’s focus on creating relaxed, welcoming stays.
