Great stay in Princeville

Beautiful clean condo. Great heated pool. Friendly neighbors. Close to walking paths and drives to beaches, hikes and shopping. A great beginning to our stay in Hawaii.

Absolutely magical experience

Perfect in every way. The best communication with the host, a gorgeous view from the balcony of the ocean and surroundings, amazing walks on walkways with many places to explore. We don’t want to leave.

Amazing Princeville

Amazing, wonderful, spectacular, immaculate, simply perfect. I don’t think all the superlatives in the world would begin to tell you how wonderful our stay in Princeville was. Absolutely a fantastic condo with everything you could ever imagine. Perfect location, beautiful views, and amazing hosts. Quite possibly the best stay we’ve ever had. Aloha and Mahalo.

Beautiful condo in great location

Beautiful location in Princeville. Easy parking right outside. Has all the amenities. Very comfortable beds. Fans in rooms but no air conditioning. Trash can needs a cover- we were storing it in the oven to prevent insects! Ocean view from one bedroom and living room. Check in info was inaccurate but correct info was in unit and texted right before checkin. There is no lockbox just a door code to get in. Property manager responded when contacted.

The condo was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The only surprise was no AC. However it was in the mid 80’s and it was absolutely very nice inside the condo with the ocean breeze. Would stay in this unit again.

Great location!

Very nice condo and complex. Beautiful grounds with ocean views from the lanai. Nice pool and BBQ space. Condo was well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location and consider returning again.

This condo is in a nice location. It isn't beach front, however you can see the ocean some what from the lanai. The pictures make it look a little larger than it is. It is a nice condo though.

No problems, great time I would highly recommend this property Jeff and Shana were very helpful. My only concern was the clothes dryer filter, it looked like it was never cleaned out, the lint was over 1 inch thick it’s clean now I cleaned it out.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay here. Although we didn't spend much time in the condo because we were exploring Kauai, we loved the location, the peaceful sounds in the evening, the gentle rain, loved the Foodland close by (we did cook). Everything we needed was in the condo and the two beds had nice mattresses on them so sleeping was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a storage unit with a cooler and chairs to use. We definitely loved the washer and dryer in the unit. It made everything so easy. I would go back again, definitely!

Great Location on the North Side

This location made the vacation easy. All the check in process details went off without a hitch (nice after a long flight) and didn't have a single problem. People before us left some Tide pods so we left ours as well. One of the door hinges was a little creaky so we left some WD-40 for the next (YOU?) customers as well. It seems like everybody respects the unit, as you can see from the great upkeep, and pays it forward so we did the same. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation property

We stayed in this unit for two weeks and loved it. Location is great with drives to Hanalei Bay, Anini, and other great beaches just 5-10 minutes away. Unit is nicely upgraded with all the amenities you’ll need to do some cooking. Beds are very comfortable. Views of the ocean from your lanai and a 3 minute walk to a terrace with views of amazing sunsets and the cliffs and ocean below. Pool and spa are very nice. Compared to other Princeville properties we have stayed at, this one is quiet with good separation and space between units and ample parking close to the unit. I would absolutely stay here again. The lanai is nice as you have privacy and can enjoy the views while relaxing with a Mai Tai. I was at first concerned there was no AC, but the breezes keep the unit cool and AC was not really needed.

Fantastic

The condo was very clean and had everything that one would need to enjoy their trip. The only item I would point out is that there were no spices or cooking oils that I have been accustomed to in other rentals. Obviously this was not a big deal and something that could be easily remedied by a trip to the market down the road. I would come back here again in a heart beat, but may be hesitant in the summer months as there is no AC, and to those that are not used to a humid climate may struggle to get comfortable during the day on the warmer days. View from the deck was outstanding and location ideal.
