Great location, walkable to beaches, shopping and other activities Suite was clean and comfortable but could use some casual seating in the room, only one occasional chair and a small bar height table with two chairs but a nice unit overall.

Peaceful Stay

Loved our stay here. Eating breakfast on the patio, listening to all the birds and enjoying the garden view was definitely a highlight.

A Perfect Little Getaway in *Incredible* Location

I almost don’t want to leave a review because I don’t want others to discover this property! This rental is the perfect size for a solo traveler like myself or a couple. Huge, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, full size bathroom, and comfortable outdoor balcony space. And the location cannot be beat! Amazing cliffside views on the property, 10 minutes from downtown Hanalei, and 20 minutes from the most sublime beaches you’ve ever seen. 10/10 stars!!!! ⭐️ I hope to visit again soon!

I always love staying at the Cliffs. Beautiful property, the unit has beach chairs and towels, comfy bed. Beautiful garden view.

Really great location; needs a little maintenance

There is so much to do on the north side of the island, we barely stayed at the condo. We are glad we had a kitchen and a balcony but barely used it. Please, walk down to the cliffs and sit in a chair and listen to the ocean. Gorgeous. I highly recommend this place however, the bed frame was broken and the bed is old and soft. The bed frame collapsed and VRBO could not help us. I am a first responder so for someone to say that I can’t sleep that night when I rarely sleep, was not nice. Fortunately, the resort offered us a room. Ask the property owner before you stay if the bed issues have been resolved.

Great location

It’s a beautiful location with nice amenities. I really enjoy the spotless bbq grills and area. The pool and recreation area were great. I forgot my book and the library was helpful. Close to a lot of activities and Hanalei.

Bright & Beautiful!

Lots of light & windows but with the garden view it feels very private. Super friendly staff checking in. No air but didn't need it as there was a nice cool breeze coming in from the big open kitchen windows. The bed was super comfy! I'd maybe ditch the little dining table, since there's a beautiful lanai table, and add a couple recliners or cozy chairs for sitting after a day of adventures. We'd totally stay here again!

Reasonably priced unit in beautiful Princeville

This property is a nice studio-style unit with a pretty tree and garden view off the lanai. My husband and I found the king-sized+ bed to be overly large and would have liked a smaller bed with room for a comfortable sitting sofa or chairs. Overall, we had a nice stay at this property.

Serene Stay in Princeville

Clean property, spacious and well equipped. No AC but we were very comfortable with the ceiling fan. The grounds were very nice and a hosted happy hour with drinks and appetizers was a nice surprise. Check in code they provided for the front door was not accurate, it included numbers that weren’t even available on the touch pad so we had to call the front desk. We paid a cleaning fee but were asked to sweep the floor, take out the trash, and wash the dishes. Princeville area is beautiful and we are happy we stayed in this part of Kauai.

Great little condo

Convenient, well-stocked kitchen, super location, lovely chickens and birds, nice outdoor space. Next to a great path for walking/running. Easy check-in/check-out. Great service from management company. It is just VERY hot. There are fans but they are loud. But the heat is not unexpected when you pick an un-air conditioned unit. It would also be nice for the bathroom to be updated. A great find.
