Beautiful condo on the cliffs with absolutely everything we needed for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable and the furnishings are very nice. We loved our stay overlooking the jungle.

Princeville paradise

The condo was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 3 week vacation including washer/dryer, pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella and small cooler.The balcony was lovely for bird-watching or reading. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all the necessary items and I was able to cook several meals. We did not miss AC at all. The breeze and fans made for a very comfortable stay. The beautiful pool is just steps away from the condo and a nice way to relax after a long day snorkeling or sight-seeing.Princeville is beautiful and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice location... but no air conditioning. This can be a problem. The birds in the jungle and roosters are very noisy early am.

Nice location

Very pleasant accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. This condo is very close to the swimming pool, where 4 Very nice Weber barbecue grills are available.

KAUAI in July/August

Great condo! Super close to the pool/hot tub area. We also really enjoyed Princeville and all the beautiful beaches that were close. The condo was also set up with almost everything you needed, including trash bags, dishwashing soap, laundty soap and paper towels.

Beauty and Challenges with Noise

It was a joy to stay in a corner condo in a building that does not have air-conditioning machines disturbing the quiet. And my bedroom looked right out onto the jungle full of beautiful song birds. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. Sadly, the buildings were built in such a way that I could hear the people staying in the bedroom below me, as they coughed, snored, and conversed. And the roosters were quite loud starting as early as 3:30 in the morning. Their noise also disturbed my afternoon naps. Fortunately, I travel with ear plugs and a white sound machine, so, with the windows closed, I managed to get nearly enough sleep all in all.

Great value and view

Very clean, comfortable and affordable. We were very happy with our stay at Alii Kai. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the pool which was very close to the condo. Cooked many meals and the kitchen was well appointed. Great views from the lanai morning and evening. The whole place was very quiet and comfortable, we will be back!

Great stay in Priceville

This two bedroom two bath condo was perfect for a stay on the north shore! Only a ten minute drive to Hanale with easy access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great property and very comfortable. Close to the North Shore beaches and Kapaa. Like the Princeville area and the surrounding areas. Great condo and worked out great for three of us.

Paradise Found in Princeville

We loved our stay at the Alii Kai Resort in Princeville. It is quiet, lush, and beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities at the local shopping plaza and the use of a heated pool and hot tub.

Awesome condo in Princeville

This condo is in a very lush community in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. Very spacious and convenient to visit Hanalei town and beach. We had a really great stay with a good view of the ocean. We recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the North Shore.

Very nice condo

This condo was nice. It had everything we needed, including decent kitchen equipment. The beds were comfie and outdoor patio nice but tiny. The maintenance is a bit low quality and the number one complaint was that the screens were not snug fitting so we spent our evenings fighting mosquitoes. We did everything we could think of but it didn’t help. We did hear that it is an issue so perhaps it wasn’t the condos fault. That said, we did really enjoy our time and it was very cool to be able to run down to the Sea Turtle Cave any time we wanted. Grocery stores are very convenient as is Hanalei. If you are a shopper there were lots of stores.

Nice condo.

The condo was very clean and had a nice view from the bedroom and patio. We loved the use of the hot tub. A few more beach towels would have been a nice bonus. We had to do laundry everyday, but otherwise we had a lovely time at this condo.

The Owners spent nearly 20 years Living the Dream on the North Shore of Kauai. They are deeply connected to the island and its Magical Mountains. They selected this special location because Views are Exceptional and ever changing. The Alii Kai Resort is a gem nestled back from the Ocean Bluff. It has excellent coastal breezes.

The grounds are lush and expertly maintained. The resort Pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ are surrounded by beautiful tall palm trees and new pool furniture to relax on. Unlike other condo communities, the Alii Kai is a low density retreat. The floor plan is spacious and the grounds around the resort are extremely peaceful.

The sunsets are truly unbelievable. The jungle is just a few yards away. The mornings and evenings are met with a natural symphony from the Native Birds. New patio furniture with seating for 4 awaits the traveler on the balcony.
