Carnaby Street is a few minutes from the front door. Bao, Bocca di Lupo, Barrafina, and some of London's best natural wine bars are within a 10-minute walk in any direction. Liberty is close enough to be dangerous. The Palace, Prince Edward, and Soho theatres are all walkable for an evening out with no pre-planning required.
When you need a moment of quiet, Soho Square Gardens is around the corner. Covent Garden, the National Gallery, and the British Museum are all reachable on foot without breaking much of a sweat.
