Corte Delizia is located in a charming historic courtyard in Biassono, in the Santa Margherita area, a few steps from the Porta San Giorgio of the Monza Park, the Golf Club and the National Racetrack. A unique setting, which recalls the atmosphere of a small historic village, ideal for those looking for tranquility without sacrificing comfort.
The apartment, with independent access, is spread over several levels and retains all the charm of traditional court houses, with large rooms, high and sloping ceilings that make the spaces warm and welcoming.
The living area, very spacious and bright, is designed for conviviality and houses a large table that can comfortably accommodate at least 8 people, ideal for lunches and dinners with friends. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and everything you need to cook in total autonomy.
Next to the kitchen area there is an elegant library area, with a large bookcase equipped with numerous volumes available to guests and two comfortable armchairs, which can be transformed into single beds if necessary.
An elevated relaxation area, furnished with large sofas, invites you to rest and share; the space can accommodate, if necessary, two additional single sleeping stations and is equipped with a large TV.
The sleeping area includes two comfortable and well-kept double bedrooms. The main bathroom is modern and functional, with a walk-in shower.
In the windowed basement there is a practical hobby room, equipped with fitness weights, as well as a second bathroom/laundry room complete with shower and washing machine.
