Villa Coraline Grande is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house made of stone and situated a few miles from the shores of Lake Trasimeno. It sleeps 18 people. From Villa Coraline Grande you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Coraline Grande is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Cortona, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 5.7 km (roughly 3.55 miles), a grocery store at 5.5 km (roughly 3.4 miles) and the closest beach (Punta Navaccia beach) at 12.3 km (roughly 7.7 miles).
You will reach Villa Coraline Grande from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Coraline Grande you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to ten cars. Please note that access to Villa Coraline Grande is along a 200-meter (660-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 90 centimeters (2.9 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. In the swimming pool area you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage (3 by 3 meters, 9.8 by 9.8 feet) with six seats. The jacuzzi pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October. It is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by tall trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the hills. The pool is open from the end of May until the end of September.
Patio
The patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by a wood roof. The garden is equipped with two sofas, armchairs and two masonry benches, as well as with a table and a wooden gazebo. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table.

The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of stone, for decorative purposes only. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen through an arched opening. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include suspended chandeliers. The dining table can accommodate 16 guests. The furnishings include two wood benches. In this room you will also find a television (local channels). From the dining room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
