The apartment features a bright living area where you can unwind after a day out, along with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. The layout is practical and versatile, making it a great choice for small groups or families: you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a cozy double bed and the other with a sofa bed, plus a full bathroom.
If you’re travelling for work or mixing business with leisure, you’ll appreciate the dedicated desk for focusing during the day, and a Smart TV in the bedroom for winding down in the evening. The location is especially convenient—close to the city center and easy to reach by car, with no access restrictions, so getting around is simple and stress-free. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator.
The Neighborhood:
We are in a well-connected area just outside the historic core, making it easy to get around on foot and reach the main sights without dealing with the busiest central streets. A short walk takes you to Corso Italia, Arezzo’s main street for shops, cafés, and an easy city stroll.
Nearby highlights include the Basilica of San Francesco, home to Piero della Francesca’s famed Legend of the True Cross fresco cycle, and the Arezzo Cathedral (Duomo), perched on the city’s upper area.
For the city’s most iconic setting, head to Piazza Grande, the stage of the traditional Giostra del Saracino jousting event held twice a year.
If you’d like greenery and views, the Medici Fortress and the surrounding Parco Il Prato are perfect for a relaxed walk and panoramic spots.
Getting Around:
Set your GPS to Via Monte Grappa 20, Arezzo. The area is close to the city centre: some parts of Arezzo’s historic centre are subject to ZTL (limited traffic zone) restrictions, so we recommend always following local road signs and avoiding ZTL entry points unless you are authorised to enter.
To park and then reach the accommodation on foot, you can use the main city car parks, for example Parcheggio Pietri (with escalators up to the centre, about 8–10 minutes away) or Parcheggio Tarlati (free of charge, also connected by escalators).
By train
If you arrive at Arezzo Train Station, Via Monte Grappa is very close and can usually be reached in about 6–8 minutes on foot. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from outside the station.
On foot (from the centre)
It is easy to reach on foot from the central streets; if you have luggage with you, you may prefer to take a taxi or a short drive, while avoiding the ZTL areas.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.
Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival.
In accordance with Italian law, all guests are required to complete the online registration with a valid ID before check-in.
