There are three bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, a twin (singles can be pushed together on request), and a single serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Hairdryer provided. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture, and off-road parking for up to two cars to the rear of the property near the garage. There is also roadside space available for unloading and a garage for bike storage. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop,and a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. A picturesque village, the area is also home to the hamlet of Longstone. with its name deriving from a standing stone which was broken up for gateposts around the year 1850, as well as manor houses including Tregarden, Tredethy, Helligan Barton and Colquite, there's plenty of scenic wonder to be discovered in the area. The village is host to a modest selection of amenities, including the St Mabyn Inn serving good food and drink, as well as there being a Post Office and general store, perfect for any self-catered getaway. A wider host of wonderful amenities and attractions can be found in close reach, including Pencarrow House & Gardens sitting on the fringes of Bodmin Moor, it's a Cornish Georgian delight offering 50 acres to explore as well as the house boasting beautiful art and antiques, it's well-worth a visit. The town also offers plenty of walking routes, including routes to the spectacle of the Bodmin Beacon, the Camel Trail and Tamar Valley, as well as the national forest of Cardinham Woods being perfect for a leisurely stroll.
