Our oasis in Notting Hill area (W12), West London.
We’re delighted to share our welcoming to our cosy garden studio in vibrant Notting Hill area — It's a one Bedroom is an independent studio flat with a working space with independent access. The property is a comfortable, well-connected base perfect for discovering London like a local.
Our home is within walking distance of the famous Portobello Road Market, and close to Westfield London for shopping, dining, and entertainment. During the annual Notting Hill Carnival, the neighbourhood comes alive with music and culture — a truly special time to visit.

We are in W12, between White City and Notting Hill — one of West London’s most dynamic areas. Transport is excellent:

had an AMAZING stay!! J was lovely and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel so at home! the tiny house is so cozy and so close to Notting Hill! the garden is lovely to have your tea in the mornings! can’t wait to come back for another visit 🥰

Great location in a residential neighborhood. About 10 min walk to the nearest tube station and close to a business park for different food options / Tesco. Javier was one of the nicest hosts I've ever encountered and made the stay very welcoming. The internet was a struggle because it's in the main house and would often go out but Javier would immediately help to reset it when there was a problem. If you don't need to rely on the internet, this is the best spot to stay and I'd definitely come back.

The neighborhood was very cute & so close to two different tube stations. Check in was easy & the host communicates well & is super friendly. My partner & I only really needed a place to sleep so this spot fit our needs, as it is very tiny! If you are a larger person, the bathroom may be too small for you, but it was fine for us. The only main issue we encountered was that we were there during a heatwave & there is no air conditioning. When we opened the windows, a lot of bugs got in which was not ideal. Overall, we really did enjoy our stay & would return!

The Mini Studio was as it said Mini....but nicely decorated.The art work was great...It had everything one needed.We had two large suitcases , two backpacks. It was cramped.There was no TV...I was surprised. The garden was very nice...The property owner was very helpful..and quick to resolve an issue that came up.We visited during the heat breaking weather. We literally were melting. No Air Conditioning, and no screens but there was a mini fan.Personally I think the Studio size was more for one person not two.
