Great Vacation

We had a great time! The condo is in a good location! The pool was super nice. The mattresses in the bedroom need replaced, but everything else was great!

Great location to the beach and restaurants

This property was perfect. Quite. Location to elevator and steps to the beach were perfect. My only complaint (small) is that check in is not on site. But it was easy just in the opposite direction from the bridge. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo. Nice view of ocean. Walking distance to everything

Would rent again. If it is just me and my spouse. Only issue are the beds. To low to ground. First bed was very squeaky.

Great place right on the beach

Everything was great with the place, only reason I wouldn't give full stars is due to the beds. They were very uncomfortable while one of them made such a noise every time you move it would wake up others.

Time in paradise

Beautiful home great heated pool. Privacy landscaping. Master bath a bit challenging for baby boomer due to tub with no standing shower. Beds very comfortable furniture nice. Poolside furniture was well worn and needing replacement. MGMT company contacted, owner purchased replacement pool furniture but not yet received at property. We would stay again.

Wonderfully updated condo

The condo was beautifully updated, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a plumbing issue while we were there, and the property manager was very responsive and had the issue resolved within several hours. Love the location...right on the beach and close to Times Square. Would definitely return !

Great Location!

We rented this property knowing the location was perfect! The north part of the island is quiet, yet all the action of Times Square is only 1/2 mile away! The condo was a little dated but we didn't choose a place for the interior. The building and grounds are beautifully kept and of course, the beach is fantastic!!

The complex is wonderful and well maintained. Have stayed here for last 10 years in various condos. But this year this unit #398 was dirty. Mold in bathroom, bathroom fan didn't work, leak under kitchen sink, bedroom smelled so we had to strip the sheets and wash them-wondered if they had even been changed Stains on living room rug. No drapes or shades on slider so no privacy and the afternoon sun made it impossible to see the TV screen. No beach towels provided. We contacted the realtor in the morning and they sent a cleaning crew right over. The reason we gave a 4 star rating is because the complex is wonderful, clean and secure. The location is great, walking distance to Times Square so easy, pool and beach great and the other residents are so welcoming. Great place to stay except 398 this year.
