The Space:
The studio features an open-plan layout with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) ensuring a peaceful rest. What sets this studio apart is its fully equipped modern kitchen, which includes a dishwasher—a rare luxury in Old Town apartments—alongside an oven, stove, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee machine, and toaster. All essential cookware and utensils are provided, so you can easily whip up a meal and enjoy it at the dining table.
Step outside to the shared courtyard entrance, where you will find your own small front terrace with a table and chairs. It is a lovely spot to sit back and soak in the atmosphere of the surrounding stone streets.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not yet ready, you are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge at our main reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14, while you explore the town or enjoy lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.

In order to receive your keylock code and detailed access information to your property, you are required to fill out our Pre check-in form. Please keep in mind that any outstanding balance needs to be paid prior to arrival, otherwise the keylock code won’t be sent to you automatically. Additionally, as part of Croatian regulations, we kindly ask you to fill out your passport details in Pre check-in form as we are required to register all guests in the Croatian Registry of Tourists called eVisitor.
