‣ Overlooking the ocean in a peaceful residential area, perfect escape from the busy beaches
Free parking is available on the street in front of the house. The large community pool is 7 minute walk from the villa.

The top floor includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and an open-plan living and dining area. It opens onto a large terrace with an ocean view, outdoor seating, and a lounge area.

When we first visited Chayofa, it immediately felt right. This hillside village offers the best of both worlds: a calm, residential charm with quiet mornings and starry nights, yet only minutes from the lively beaches of Playa de las Américas, the excitement of Siam Park, and a variety of shops and restaurants. Its gentle elevation brings fresh air, sweeping ocean views, and quick access to mountain trails and the island’s many attractions. Here you can linger over coffee while watching the sea, or set off for adventures knowing everything is within easy reach.

Our villa combines two fully equipped apartments in one spacious home, perfect for extended families or groups. Picture breakfast on a sun-drenched terrace with sweeping sea views, an afternoon swim in the shared pool, children laughing in their own playroom, and evenings under the stars in the private hot tub.
Every corner was designed with comfort and togetherness in mind, from the fully equipped kitchens to the cosy living spaces and gentle touches like baby gear and a hammock. It’s a place where memories naturally unfold.
