We stayed for 5 days at this “villa” and the experience was extremely disappointing. Sheets were so dirty I had no choice but to buy my own, pool tiles kept falling off and the response from GuestReady was “don’t use the pool”. This was hilarious because the reason I rented this place and paid extra compared to many other places was the pool. The window shades were broken, there was cat feces everywhere, I had to clean the driveway because there were leftovers and trash juices all over including by the entrance where the trash can was. The sunbathing recliners by the pool were covered in brown stains. Additionally there are cameras all around the property including facing the swimming pool making the women traveling with us uncomfortably using the swimming pool. Lastly they have a no smoking policy, but when we arrived we found many uncleaned cigarette butts that we had to clean ourselves.
GuestReady promised to refund me for the sheets I had to buy and a cleaning fee, but the moment we left…nothing despite my repeated emails.
