The house offers 7 regular beds, spread across three bedrooms, a large family room and several social areas.

The pool area is a private oasis with sun from early morning until late evening. The heated saltwater pool is beautifully integrated into the natural rock and framed by a fantastic view over Stigfjorden. The terrace offers plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor dining, complete with a dining table, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a gas grill. For children, there is a trampoline and swings, and for adults a fully equipped gym with treadmill, crosstrainer, free weights and Apple TV. The house is also pet friendly and has a small dog enclosure next to the property. This is a place where comfort, nature and luxury meet in perfect harmony.

Things to do in the area.

The villa is located in a scenic environment with views stretching over the fjord and the surrounding mountain landscape. There are beautiful walking and cycling paths right outside the house. A short trip takes you to Varekil where you will find a grocery store, pizzeria, café and petrol station. For those who want to explore more of Tjörn and Orust, there are many great excursions. A popular route goes to Sundsby Säteri via charming small roads. Here you’ll find good food, a café, caves and beautiful hiking trails. The nearest natural swimming spot is just 2.5 km away and can be reached by bike path. Several other beaches are located within a short drive, including Lilla Askerön only minutes away.

Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 3 000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within one week after check-out, provided that the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be added for 190 SEK per person and 60 SEK per person.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves, cleaning supplies are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging an electric car is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
