We loved it!

It was very clean and right by the beach! Close to Destin, the outlet mall, and restaurants. We would stay here again! The views of the beach are great as well.

Very clean, nice condo - exactly as described. Very well appointed and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and easy beach access. Nice pools and other amenities.

Great Condo

We had a perfect stay at this condo—very clean and views in every direction. Real Joy was easy to work with and promptly answered my questions. One thing—there is no streaming device so we couldn’t access Netflix. We just bought a Google Chromecast while there, so bring your own if you want to stream:)

Beach time

Excellent property and our condo was amazing. Great views from 14th floor balcony. Only problem was someone on floor above was smoking all the time and it drifted down. I'm a nonsmoker and didn't care for the smell. The whole property was spotless. Will pick this again.

High hopes but somewhat disappointing visit

Pros: beds were comfortable, 2 very comfortable leather rocking chairs, nice sized master bathroom, convenient washer and dryer in the hallway, and swimming pools were nice. Cons: decor is dated, chaise in master bedroom was stained, you can hear the people upstairs pulling furniture around (scraping noises that we assumed were kitchen chairs being pulled in and out from the table), extra sleeping pillows were stained, beach area that was designated for Ariel Dunes was very crowded, and exercise room is small for a high rise of this size. I also received a phone call from the company who manages this condo informing me that the homeowners association received a noise complaint about us. Our 2 young adult sons were out of the condo with me and my husband was working on his computer. Also, when we all four of us were in the condo we were pretty quiet. I asked what kind of noise were we being accused of causing? I was told that they weren't given any details but if they continued receiving complaints we would be fined! The Real Joy representative told me not to worry if it wasn't us causing the noise but we worried the rest of our stay about making any noise at all for fear that we would be fined additional monies. It really put a damper on the remainder of our stay.

This was our first time in Destin & it was amazing! The location of the condo was perfect! The views were amazing! The condo itself was awesome, plenty of room for everyone, comfy, the pools were nice & the restaurant downstairs was good.

Awesome family get together

The property looked just as it was listed. Very user friendly for our family with children. Easy walk to the beach for the grandparents and the young children! Prime location for having access to some fun restaurants and stores! Would love to go again and stay here!

Highly Recommend

Easy walk to beach. Went during tropical storm but still had great time. If you plan to cook you will need all basics but the pans and dishes are there. Comfy beds as well...hope to go again😊
