In addition to those wonderful amenities, you will enjoy a prime location within walking distance of the beach and within 10 miles of entertaining attractions, including Emerald Bay Golf Club, Club LA, Timberview Destin Helicopters, Henderson Beach State Park, The Track - Destin, and Xtreme H20.



This beautiful condo features an extensive beachfront balcony with an outdoor dining area, a seating area, and two comfortable beach loungers - this is the ultimate sunset viewing spot! Inside, delight yourself with a tastefully-decorated open floor plan seamlessly combining all living spaces. Kick your feet up and watch your favorite shows on the TV with cable service or surprise your friends with their favorite recipes thanks to the well-appointed kitchen! The primary bedroom enjoys private access to the balcony along with great views, a TV, and an en suite bathroom with a regular shower and a soaking tub. Ariel dunes

The complex was well kept. The unit had a beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. There was issues with the unit. Kitchen had no forks. I had to go out and buy some along with pot holder (there was none). No cookie sheet to cook in the oven.had to buy one. The kitchen ceramic floors were really dirty looking. Needs to be scrobbed not just mopped.The light switch was broken in the master bathroom.The one side of the sofa sinks down when you sit on it.

Bedroom 2 w/ Queen

The queen bedroom mattress was the firmest mattress I've ever laid on. I did not sleep well. If I did sleep, I woke up with shoulder and back pain. The couch provided no relief as the cushions were so worn they angled down. My family that slept in the master bedroom did not comment on their sleep quality. The unit was clean and up to date. The patio was large and spacious. The property had a nice cafe on the main floor as well as what appeared to be a decent golf course. We did enjoy the soft court tennis courts. The unit was as the listing described with no surprises. The only thing I wish would have been different was the mattress firmness, I would mention the firmness of the mattress in the listing.

I booked this condo JUST because of the views and they were amazing. No complaints. Condo was clean and we had enough space for all.

Great condo but location is too crowded for us

This is an amazing beach condo and the pools are great! We had everything we needed except for a pizza or cookie sheet. The only pans we had were a muffin tin and round pans. Our teenage girls complained that the queen bed was very hard but the master bed was comfortable. The bunk bed room is very small but the pictures showed that and it is perfectly fine for young children. The walk to the beach is easy and not as bad as I anticipated. We vacationed during peak season and the beach was VERY crowded! The rental chairs and umbrellas took away from the beauty of the beach which was disappointing. Overall, our stay was pleasant and I would definitely stay in this condo again but the area in general is a hot spot and too crowded for us. The location of the condo was great and it’s close to several good restaurants and grocery stores. It’s a safe and clean area as well!
