Welcome to 498 Linkside Drive! This charming villa is located on the bayside of the resort in the family-friendly community of Linkside. Our beautifully updated home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 9 guests. Guests can enjoy spacious accommodations, designer décor, vaulted ceilings, a furnished front patio, a screened-in porch and a fenced-in backyard. Hop on the 4-seat golf cart and head to the beach. The community pool is conveniently located.

Our spacious villa features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and dinnerware needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. There is seating for four in the dining area as well as ample seating on the front patio where there is a gas grill and screened-in porch. Designed with comfort in mind, the living area offers plush furnishings, a SmartTV, a cozy fireplace and access to the backyard. The screened-in porch is steps from the dining area and offers a perfect spot to spend with family and friends while enjoying the warm Florida breeze.

Our lovely home offers three bedrooms and an additional set of twin bunk beds in the hallway. The primary bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and provides access to the backyard through sliding glass doors. There is an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and is convenient to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom is complete with a queen bed and a twin bed.

498 Linkside Drive is located just an 8-minute golf cart ride away from the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The famed Village of Baytowne Wharf is also just a few minute's golf cart ride away. As a convenience, our home provides high-speed WIFI, keyless check-in, and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to use the 4-seat golf cart at no additional cost. Guests may bring a dog 50 pounds or less for an additional $300 pet fee.

Linkside is located in the heart of The Resort just minutes from Jolee Island, the Village of Baytowne Wharf, Baytowne Marina, Grand Boulevard, and all the amazing amenities The Resort has to offer! In addition to seven miles of beach and bay frontage, The Resort includes 4 championship golf courses, 14 tennis courts, hiking, fishing, kayaking, boogie boarding, miniature golf, fabulous restaurants, unique shopping, and more!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

Family Vacation

It was the perfect spot for our family vacation. My 6 and 8 year old loved the bunk beds in the hall. Having the golf cart for easy access to the wharf as well as the beach and all around the resort was so nice.

We have a wonderful time in Sandestin. Our rental home for the week was beautiful, spacious and quiet. We enjoyed the beach, pool and all the amenities that surrounded the area the use of the golf cart. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Cute house and great location

We enjoyed our stay in Sandestin, our happy place! Bring extra toilet paper as they only leave 1 roll in each bathroom. Maintenance was quick to respond to a running toilet. Overall, it fit our family of 5 well and had all the things we needed for a quick getaway!

Two families stayed (8 sleepers) and had a nice time. Only downfall was the very old, finicky golf cart which needs replaced. Covered patio needs more comfortable seating as it wasn’t ideal to sit out there with current selections. Bar stools too large and

Enjoyed our time !!

The property manager was great and quick to respond. House has a good layout and accommodated our group well. Maybe give more attention to the nice screened in porch. Had to sweep and the bottom part of door screen coming off. Still enjoyed being out there. It was great having the golf!!

Loved it!

Our trip was amazing! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the golf cart needing some TLC. Front left tire is completely bald and the back seat was jacked up. That was the inly issue though. The property is in a nice quiet area. The beach is a quick drive away. The pools were a great option on colder days and our kids made a lot of great friends. Would definetely rent this property again in the future.

Great place, would have loved a little more of the “appointments”

Overall a very nice experience! My biggest issue was there was absolutely no way you could make it through the week without going to Walmart and buying a complete set of everything you need, from trash bags and toilet paper to salt and pepper. This is probably a management company issue and seemed common, judging by how the smallest sizes of everything was sold out at Walmart by late afternoon. The golf cart was so fun and the complex had something for everyone-make sure to get out and explore!

Really enjoyed the screened porch in the mornings. Not sure if we would rent this exact house again the reasons being minor. One of the things was location. We felt we were a little far from all the attractions. Golf cart definitely needs updating. It worked, but was very finicky. Overall cute house and a great week.

Disney Dashed then over to Destin to Relax for the week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was as pictured it was clean and fully stocked. We had plenty of space. The only drawback was one towel per person so we had to wash every day to have a clean towel but that was doable would like to see more towels especially for extended stays. Golf cart worked well however it wasn’t plugged in upon arrival and the cord was not long enough to charge we had an extension cord we had with us so that we could do that. Loved the home it was very comfortable, need some WD 40 on the master bedroom doors they were very loud in the middle of the night specifically the bathroom. Love the master bedroom shower. The dishes were not clean other than that no complaints . The second bathroom the tub was scratched up however it did not take away from the overall comfort of the home. Looking forward to renting again for a great family vacation .

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the property was clean and the property management did a great job handling what they were dealt. The property itself needs some money put into it to make it up to standards. The dishwasher didn’t work well, there were some issues with a few outlets that would cause the breakers to flip off. But the biggest issue was the golf cart. Not only was it not reliable, but it was actually embarrassing to drive around. The seat cushions are disintegrating, one of the seatbelts was broken, and it was not working at all for the majority of our trip. DON’T BOOK HERE FOR THE CART. The other issues weren’t a big deal and we could have happily overlooked, but I would not recommend staying here until owners replace the cart. Not just repair it. They need to spend the money to get a new cart if they are hoping to be successful.

Close to great restaurants and shopping. My husband and son took advantage of the golf courses on property!! Would definitely stay in the area again! The house fit our family well. Overall our stay was fine but the house is in need of some TLC. In check we noticed several items needing repair. The tv in living area color was off...everything was in green and blue. The kitchen table was broken as well as the faucet in master bath. In addition, the golf cart front seat had a broken bracket. We spent the week sitting behind my husband pushing the seat forward. We immediately called the property manager who did come and fix the faucet and table. The tv and golf cart remained broke. I understand that summer is hard for golf cart repairs. The unit furniture is not as it is pictured and furniture is in need of cleaning. The master bed was comfortable but only two pillows provided. There were other broken items and we took pictures in fear that we would be blamed for damage. I would not rent this unit again and was slightly disappointed that the reviews didn’t reflect the issues. I would stay in Sandestin again and highly recommend the resort itself.

We had plenty of space for sleeping arrangements, seating, meal prep and enjoyed dinners together on the patio. My kids loved having access to the Golf Cart which they used to watch the sunset every night on the bay. The two SOA pools are conveniently located to this unit, one of them being in walking distance. The house was clean, comfortable, and we look forward to returning!
