Cleaning Policy:
1) Our cleaning teams have received specialized training in cleaning requirements. Before and after each villa rental, we have enhanced our cleaning processes according to World Health Organization (WHO) standards.
2) All areas of each property, including high-touch areas such as door knobs and handles, faucets, and switches, are first cleaned and then disinfected using bleach-based cleaning products. Disinfectants are left to sit for at least 10 minutes to ensure full disinfection benefits.
3) Cleaning timeframes have been extended to accommodate the above.
Access to our properties is via a key box, so there is no face-to-face check-in. Keys are disinfected after each stay.
4) All our towels and bed linens are supplied by professionals and cleaned by Elis, an international textile, hygiene, and facility services provider operating in 28 countries across Europe and Latin America.
5) All beds and pillows have protective covers.
