The Duo: Valentino & Clark's Houses

Stay together while enjoying your own space and privacy. This unique 17th-century duo combines two authentic houses connected by a lockable internal door—perfect for groups who want both shared time and separate areas. Relax by the private pool at Valentino’s or retreat to the quiet, stone-walled charm of Clark’s. Located in the heart of a vibrant village square just 20km from Barcelona and 10 mins from the beach, you are steps away from local cafés, restaurants, and authentic Catalan life.

Valentino’s House (The Social Hub)
Valentino’s is the main gathering space, featuring an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area.
Outdoor Space: Separate from the indoor living area, you will find the private pool and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ.
Climate Control: The living room is equipped with both Air Conditioning and ceiling fans. The downstairs bedrooms also feature ceiling fans for added comfort. The house has central heating throughout.
Sleeping: Two double beds and a sofa bed on the ground floor; an additional upstairs bedroom is accessed via a short outdoor passage.

Clark’s House (The Quiet Retreat)
A semi-renovated historic townhouse with three bedrooms (one with private street access). Includes its own kitchen/living area and a small patio.
Natural Cooling: There is no AC, but thick stone walls keep the interior naturally cool in summer.
Location & Noise: This house is located directly on the village square. It offers a wonderful local feel, but please expect some noise, especially on warm summer nights, from the nearby cafés and tapas bars.

Pool & Outdoors
The private pool is located at Valentino’s but is accessible to all guests. The pool is not heated. There are no safety barriers; children must be supervised at all times.

Security & Safety
Valentino’s House: Equipped with alarm sensors in the hallway and living area (active only when the house is unoccupied). There are security cameras at the street entrance for monitoring; they do not record.
Clark’s House: Does not contain cameras or alarm sensors.

Important Considerations
Accessibility: Both homes have narrow, steep stairs with no railings. They are not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Authentic Character: These are 17th-century homes; minor imperfections from age may be present.
Rules: 🚫 No Pets | 🚭 No Smoking/Vaping | 🚫 Zero Tolerance Drug Policy.

Parking & Transport
Dropping off luggage: You can stop in the Village Square to unload your bags. Spaces are limited and it is a paid zone during the day.
Free Parking: There is a free parking area (Can Bus) a 6-minute walk away; please refer to the map in the photos section.
Note: If you cannot find a spot in the free area, you can look for street parking nearby. As this is an old village with narrow streets, finding a space can vary depending on the time or day.
Transport: Direct bus to Barcelona (Moventis 805) 5-min walk away (30–40 min journey). Bus 803 connects to Vilassar de Mar train station.
