The accommodation:

Modern and bright studio located in the urban centre of Cabanyal. It is in a perfectly connected area, ideal both for those wishing to enjoy Malvarrosa beach (about 2 km away) and for those needing to move quickly around the city or its surroundings thanks to the proximity of the train station and metro. The accommodation combines the essence of the maritime neighbourhood with complete and up-to-date facilities.



The 50 m² studio located on the ground floor has the following spaces:

- Living area: Comfortable space with Smart-TV, equipped with a 140cm x 190cm sofa bed and functional furniture with a round dining table integrated into the studio design with capacity for 3 people.

- American kitchen: With ceramic hob and open to the living room with adapted sink, fully equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and all necessary kitchenware (crockery/cutlery and utensils).

- Rest area: Open to the living room equipped with a 140cm x 190cm double bed, two bedside tables and open wardrobe-shelving.

- Bathroom: Equipped with a modern walk-in shower, low sink with shelving, toilet with grab rail, mirror and hairdryer.

- Extras: The accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.



It comes with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, washing machine and dishwasher soap, 2 toilet rolls), bathroom amenities (hand gel), coffee capsules and 1.5l bottle of mineral water.

Within a few steps you will find a wide variety of services: Charter and Dia supermarkets are less than 300 metres away, and you can enjoy local gastronomy in emblematic places such as "La Taberna Casera" (210 m) or the famous restaurant "La Sastrería" (1 km). Furthermore, the relaxed atmosphere of the area is complemented by its proximity to the sea and leisure spaces such as "Café del Mar".
