The apartment has two modern and functional bathrooms, both with showers, making the routine easier for all guests. Air conditioning throughout ensures maximum comfort, regardless of the outside temperature.

Other things to keep in mind:



- There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a smoking fee of at least €200.



- Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply up to a limit of €80.



- We provide a complimentary welcome kit with toiletries for the first day (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dishwashing products and a trash bag). Replacements or refills are available at an additional cost.

- The facilities can only be used by guests registered in the reservation.



- Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Staying beyond this time without prior notice and authorization from your host will incur an extra charge of €25 for each hour of late check-out.
