This is a charming two-bedroom apartment, with two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with balcony, set in an elegant condominium with swimming pool and garden.



The living room, equipped with air conditioning, presents two distinct areas: the living area and the dining area.

The dining area has a table with six seats.

In the living area, there is a sofa that converts into a bed for two people, television and direct access to the balcony.



The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, kettle, toaster and Delta Q coffee machine, ensuring all the convenience for preparing your meals.



The rooms, both with air conditioning, are distributed as follows:



The main bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe, balcony and private bathroom with bathtub.



The second room has two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and a window, sharing the common bathroom with a shower.



The apartment has capacity for 4 people.

For baby, travel cot and high chair are available (upon request).

Upon arrival, the apartment is delivered with sheets applied to the beds and face and bath towels for each guest.



Bookings made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.



We do not accept bookings from guests under 18 years old.

For bookings by guests between 18 and 25 years old, a deposit of €300 will be required, which will be returned after verification of the apartment's good condition.

If any damage occurs, the cost of repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.
