Concerts on the beach with fireworks displays during 'Squan summers through Sept. 2. Can also see Point Pleasant Fireworks.

A man-made jetty protecting the Manasquan River Inlet is a prime fishing location, as is the railing along the inlet on Riverside Avenue.

The inlet beach just north of the jetty provides some of the best surfing in southern Monmouth County and attracts hundreds of surfers when conditions are right.

Our stay at this beautiful beach house was spectacular! Steps to the beach! James was very easy to communicate with and even had dishwasher pods delivered same day for us! We would definitely come back here again!

Perfect Location

This was an awesome stay for about 3 couples, it was clean, plenty of room to stay, working grill for burgers and dogs, walking distance to beach is an under statement. Great stay, we had an awesome weekend.

Great Beach Getaway

Such a great beach location! Was able to fit my whole group and had a ton of space for all of us. Would definitely recommend. James was a great host and answered all my questions very fast.

Late Summer Visit

This place was great and plenty of room for 4 adults. Lots to do and lots to eat within just minutes from the house. Highly recommend this place for the quintessential Jersey Shore experience!

Lovely property with access to the beach

Our group had a lovely time in Manesquan for an extended weekend..The home is conveniently located near the beach and is roomy. The property owner is readily available for any issues and quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommend this property.

Comfortable house with great location

Comfortable house with updated kitchen and hardwood floors. Location was steps from the beach and inlet for fishing, watching the boats and a walk on the path. James is a great host and very responsive (he stopped by to unclog a bathroom sink). Highly recommend!!

Great stay

Had a great experience at this location! In a quieter area, with easy access to town and walking distance to the beach! We had our 17 month old son and being so close to the beach made it so easy and convenient. James was very easy and quick to communicate. The place was clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing place & experience in Manasquan!!

We rented this house for 4th of July week this year & everything was perfect! The location of the house is amazing, steps from beach & boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. James was a great host & made sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay including beach badges, a ton of beach chairs & more. We will be coming back!!!

Comfortable, clean, roomy, very convenient to the beach.

Can only say wonderful things about this rental! Comfortable, clean, roomy, so close to the sand and waves and to fishing in the inlet. James is available anytime via text or phone call. We've been renting a beach house in Manasquan for 4 summers now this one is the best for the 7 of us so far!! The small deck is a lovely place to spend time eating or reading or just chatting because there was a breeze almost the whole time to cool us from the heat. We were very fortunate with the weather and water. Both were ideal. Thank you James, we had a wonderful week in your fun themed vacation home. Oh, and the Thursday night fireworks -a real hit!

Perfect Beach House!

This place was 20 steps from the beach! Nothing better than an ocean view while enjoying morning coffee on a boardwalk bench. The house had a large kitchen and dining area which was perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, mugs, flatware. The furniture was very confortable and in great condition. James was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

Great place, great owner, great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this location. This part of Manasquan is excellent with lots going on but enough away from the party scene to make it enjoyable for a family. The house is steps from the beach and a couple good food spots, has two parking spots and is altogether very accessible. The homeowner checked in and was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The homeowner clearly takes pride in the home and your experience which is important. The Kitchen appliances were relatively new and in good order, the place had several TVs and good wifi signal. We would stay here again.

Perfect beach house!

Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more than being a few steps from the beach. Close enough to walk back to the house for lunch or even just to use the bathroom. Loved the garage access - arriving at night in the pouring rain with two babies was tough, but being able to unload everything in the garage was amazing. Things other renters may want to know: -Bathtub stopper didn’t work (unless I was doing something wrong), so that made bathing a toddler difficult. -Coffee maker is a Keurig; there’s no french press or anything if you bring your own ground coffee. -If you’re a person who likes to clean up the sand after a day at the beach, there’s no vacuum, just a broom. -Enough beach chairs and towels for a large group of people! Overall a fabulous house in a fabulous location. Host was generous and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

I still can’t believe how ideal of a stay this house was for the two late June nights we needed it for. The master bedroom is gorgeous and spacious with great light, all the bathrooms are so nice and large, the garage spot was super convenient, the kitchen was updated and so nice, and there are three levels and ample place to sleep. My favorite aspects aside from how comfy the bed was, was how close we were to the inlet and the beach (literally less than 3 min walk), and how well the AC works! James was incredibly responsive to any of our questions and place was very clean. Hoping to use this as our go-to Jersey shore rental in the future!

Pros: Great location, comfortable beds - however the twin beds are memory foam so very firm, good water pressure in showers, good AC, two parking spacesCons: The property is not well maintained. When we arrived, the rear sliding door didn’t lock and the owner came to replace it the next day, so we stayed without a working lock for a night. Furniture is aging - missing knobs that made it difficult or impossible to use furniture - washing machine door is broken requiring you to stick your finger in a broken plastic hole to pull open, there isn’t a light over the dining table, the door to the outdoor shower doesn’t close properly so you cannot latch, outdoor furniture is old and cushions are very worn - one has a cigarette burn. The house is not equipped for the number of guests it claims to be able to accommodate. There were barely enough bath towels, no hand towels and no beach towels and both beach umbrellas were broken. The kitchen is poorly appointed with only 4-5 bowls and 6-7 forks for 8 guests. The sauté pans were flaking so badly we had to buy our own. Only one pot had a matching lid, the grill was so dirty we didn’t feel comfortable using it, and the coffee pot had not been properly cleaned as when I opened it there was molded coffee grounds sitting in it. We will not be returning and encourage other guests to look elsewhere unless there is no other option in this price range.

WoW!!! In 7 plus years of nothing but 9 ro 10 Stars, Someone can write a review like this!!! I spent my Sat Afternoon fIxing the latch and Ensuring they had everything they need Not once did they say they were unhappy There were over 25 towels at the house and washcloths and If they needed more i would of brought them more. It is sad that when you try to do everything right you just cant pleaae some people I Promise if you rent my property and have any issuea it will be taken care of immediatly
