Everything was perfect. Mike and Tracey very helpful and accommodating. Loved the warmth of the house and the location couldn’t be better. Would love to stay again.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful weekend. The house is updated with the latest amenities and is adorable! Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and helpful during our stay. Such a gem in Manasquan! We would love to visit again someday!

Enjoyable

This is a nice, clean well appointed cottage - efficient for the size. No outdoor space but easy access to a beautiful family oriented beach with surfing and walking path. Owners are nice to work with.

Clean and comfy

Our family of five (kids ages 9 and under) had a nice time at the beach for a short stay. We’ve been to other beaches in the past, so this was our first time to Manasquan. The beach cottage was so clean, and the quick access to the beach was great! The kitchen was well-stocked, and cable TV kept my kids entertained during a rainy morning. It’s less than a 10 minute drive into town for restaurants, a yummy ice cream shop, and groceries.

Great property! Six of us stayed for a week, and loved it! Size, style, location... Awesome!

This was our first time staying in Manasquan, and we loved this property. The convenience of this location is perfect. Not only is it right on the beach, but it's towards in a great area which is quite and tranquil. We loved being able to enjoy the beach (being so close), bike riding, fireworks, and great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and more. I love the little details, like a Sonos speaker system. My 3 yr old was dancing the whole week! We're looking forward to going back!

Excellent Find Close to the Inlet

This perfect for my husband and I along with our three children (20,19 &15 years old). The home was impeccably clean, the kitchen was so updated and the separate ice machine was a hit with all of us! Obviously you’ll have to do your own grocery shopping and linen rental (as specified in listing) this gem had a wonderful supply of utensils and extras that made our trip so much easier. Communication with owner was excellent and helpful. And while we were there for a sad occasion, my heart (since childhood) belongs to Manasquan. This home is so close the the beach (near swings) and the Manasquan inlet, we were able to center ourselves with the sand and beautiful sunsets. Only regret was it was never warm enough (late April) to take an outdoor shower- and I love me an outdoor shower! Obviously the weather was NO fault of the owner. We hope to stay there again! 5+ stars Thank you, Mike.

Perfect Thanksgiving

We stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was perfect! You can’t beat the location, the unit had everything we needed and Mike was extremely responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Weekend trip

Fantastic location; loved being right behind the first row of homes, with an easy alley way for access. Very cute and clean. Upfront (and understood) request for linens/blankets/towels may be a bit of a hassle for some, for a short weekend stay.

Closer to the ocean then expected.

Thirty strides from the ocean this place was a JEM!!! Two bath with two showers was ideal for 6 people. Master bed is small but perfect for a couple and the other bedrooms were great . Traded big bedrooms for comfort within the rest of the home. Kitchen , living area and the ocean walks !! Also the owners met us and were wonderful… direct, respectful and helpful! We actually got there while a home was being built next door … hammers going at 8 am sharp. Did not deter in the least from our trip.. we even shared muffins and biscuits from my sons wedding with the crew building the house. !!! 5 Stars

A Beach Oasis

This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach side home and we will be returning year after year. It is truly perfect in every way for our family of 4- can’t beat the location, bike-able to downtown, salt water fishing right around the corner, great running routes, cozy and super clean inside, size and space were just what we needed, great restaurants a short drive away, friendly neighbors, etc etc. My kids were so sad to leave and they are 12 and 14- hard to please ages!!!! Mike is extremely responsive and helpful- which made all the difference. We cannot wait to return next summer.

Exceptional experience!

The house was well-equipped, clean, up-to-date, and beautifully furnished. Be prepared to bring your own sheets/towels - not an issue. I fell in love with the ice maker! (It's those little things that make your day...) There was some construction going on next door during our stay, which got us up earlier in the morning than we would have liked...but it got us onto the beach that much sooner! Which BTW is about 30 yards from the house : ) Overall - a great vacation!

Family Reunion

The beach cottage was a great place to stay for our family reunion weekend. The cottage is warm and inviting, neighborhood is quiet and beach access wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation!

Great property!

This property is pretty close to perfect! The only thing that could improve it would be an ocean view, but with just a few steps you're on the beach! We were there for a week in April and truly enjoyed it. Comfy beds, comfy living room furniture, great open for plan, truly stocked kitchen (Some rentals say they are "stocked" but aren't. This one REALLY is!) Would stay here again without question.

Pleasant house nestled close to the beach

Quite compact and nicely arranged 3 bedroom. Easy 50 yard trot to the beach. Once we knew about bringing your own sheets or ordering from the linen service it was much easier. Good space up front.

All the Tech

Beautiful Beach Cottage one house back from the ocean. New upgrades including, tankless water heater, exposed spiral duct, cedar shower with a heated floor to step out onto, Sonos sound system, and many more! Loved our stay there and will be back.

Tracey & I have two kids who have grown up renting summer houses with us. We all love the beach - it is a year-round discussion at our house - when we're going and what friends we're inviting. We also know from years of renting what makes a rental perfect. High-end amenities, and not forgetting anything... you will find that experience with our house.

We were looking for a place for ourselves where we could live at the beach, and we equipped the house with all of the amenities and features to made it a comfortable space for friends and their families.

One house from the oceanfront. The beach is 30 yards from your back door. What else can you ask for? Undercounter ice machine, indoor/outdoor cedar shower, Central AC, fireplace, internet - just amazing.
