Beautiful, clean home that is exactly as described with a nice backyard, fire pit, and BBQ. The host was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. Please note that you need to bring your own linens.

Had a great time at here. House is close enough to walk anywhere and far enough to be quiet in the evenings. House was perfect for a big family.

Nice home. Description and photos are accurate. We were in town for a wedding with several couples and this home had enough space for all. Walkable to the beach, stores and bars. Owner was accommodating.

Wedding weekend

We stayed at this beautiful house while attending a family wedding in NJ. It was large enough to accommodate 10 of us and we had plenty of space. It was close to the beach for our morning walks and our favorite bar, Leggetts. John was a great host, and we plan to stay here again soon.

Beautiful house walking distance to beach

This house is lovely! Beautifully decorated, spacious and exactly like the pictures. John was great to work with and very friendly. Four bedrooms all with queen beds is great for families, multiple couples or renting with adult children. Three block walk to the beach was simple and the area was quiet and peaceful. Also the beach was empty which was also a treat. Would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful two week stay!

The house and location are great! A three minute walk to the beach. House is very comfortable. John the owner told me he plans to add a fire pit in the backyard (a really nice addition) and move the grill. Moving the grill/table away from the a/c units (as seen in photo), which are loud when running, would improve sitting out on the deck. That didn’t stop us from using it, though! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch also. We will definitely come back the next time we plan a NJ shore vacation. Highly recommend!

Perfect Jersey Shore Stay

House was very clean and as advertised. Short walk to the beach, using nice towels and beach chairs from the house. John and Sean were excellent communicators and hosts. Thank you very much for a great stay!

A beautiful house with lots of amenities, close to beach

We were pleasantly surprised by how much nicer this house was than the pics even showed. A great open space kitchen/ dining room / living room that opens to a small deck with a bbq, and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs below. Four bedrooms and an extra room with a pull out couch and lots of storage space in closets and dressers. TVs in every room (but bring your fire stick if you want to stream). Kitchen was well stocked with pots/ pans/ platters/ utensils to make cooking on the premises super convenient. Location is close to the beach (2 blocks), close to bars, and a 1+ mile walk to downtown area where there are shops and restaurants. Be aware that this is close to the 2 main bars in Manasquan, so Thurs/ Fri/ Sat evenings were pretty loud outside. Also, streets flood a bit when the inlet swells during high tide (our stay was during a full moon). Cars in garage and on driveway weren’t touched with water during our stay, but walking the streets going toward the beach at night we had to go through water on curbs and sidewalks. Water recedes within a few hours. The owner John was super responsive if we had any questions or issues, even came out to the house when something wasn’t working 100%. I would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect End of Summer Retreat

Our group enjoyed the end of summer getaway to this lovely property. A short walk to the beach (where bathrooms were located) was helpful with 3 kids ten and under. Inside the space was perfect for cooking, playing games and hanging out. Be aware that several of the surrounding houses are summer party houses but they were quiet during the day and most were out in the evening so we weren't disturbed (it was great for people watching). John was very responsive to any issues we had during our stay. Definitely on our list for the future.

Family Fun

There were 3 families of varying numbers- total of 7. Plenty of rooms/ beds. The 3 kids created a playroom from 1 of the living rooms and kept all their toys in there. We were 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. The pictures online don’t do the property justice. The place was beautiful!!!! We will be back next year and plan on staying longer. Thank you, John.

AWESOME Rental!!

Home was beautiful! 2 blocks from beach, minutes from town center. Would absolutely rent again. John, the owner, very available, though everything was in great order, we really didn't need to contact him after checking in. Great time had by all!

Looking forward to staying again

Great place, 3 minute walk to beach, complete kitchen for 10, And very patient landlord. Large garage allowed us park securely and not shuffle fishing gear back and forth.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We are a group of friends that were just looking to get away for the weekend. The location was perfect. House was in immaculate condition and it’s a very nice house. Dealing with John was super easy and he provided everything we needed to know. I will definitely be renting here again.
