Brother’s Reunion 2024

Ocean Reef 1708 was a great location for our gathering. It was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located near restaurants and family activities. We really enjoyed the serenity of the ocean. Beach front and pools were always clean and helpful staff. Great place to stay! Absolutely recommend.

Nice Condo!

We enjoyed staying in the Condo. There were some good amenities like hot spa, temperature controlled pool outdoor and indoor and was a fun experience. Covered and a designated parking lot was a plus.

Loved it

Overall very impressive condo we had a great time. We absolutely loved it. The only down side was there is no bar at the pool for drink and no restaurant but the place is immaculate the condo was perfectly designed. Balcony was huge and the beach access was great. Definitely would stay there again

Fantastic Condo!

My children and I enjoyed our stay for our spring break vacation. We were excited to see the beach chairs and sand toys. The condo was clean and well stocked with cooking items. The beds were all comfortable and the spacious balcony was gorgeous. We saw dolphins, a shark (eek!) and stingrays from our vantage point. Highly recommend!

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and we were happy to see there were chairs and sand toys available to take down to the beach. We left all of that at home and really didn't want to purchase any. The whole condo was clean, well kept, well stocked with cooking supplies and the decor is super cute! We also loved having the tables and chairs out on the balcony. We ate breakfast there every morning and dinner as well. Definitely recommend!

we are had a great time , my 10 year old granddaughter lost her yellow band because it was too large and she read the note saying I had had to pay 25.00 she started crying offering to pay it ouit her savings... Over all excellent spring break, oh parking can be tricky if there are 3 large cars in your reserved parking spaces... Thanks again for a great experience.

May 2023 Beach Trip

This condo is amazing! Recently renovated with top-of-the-line stuff. The kitchen appliances, the sofa, the TVs, the mattresses, the flooring, it all feels brand new and super nice. The balcony view is fantastic. Location is incredible, the beach was never crowded despite being Memorial Day week. It’s also walking distance to Runaway Island, the best beachfront restaurant in PCB. No major or even minor issues with this room - other than the beach cart only having 3 wheels and there not being any luggage carts in the building. The condo itself is the nicest spot we’ve ever stayed at in PCB and we plan to this unit to come back next year.

Overall loved the condo and the facilities, the beach was great and the feel was very family friendly. We did have a couple of minor issues but management took care of them eventually and the stay was relaxing and peaceful. Love that the building was non-smoking too. One note, the parking space is very small and tight. Overall a great trip!

Great Condo!

We loved Ocean Reef and the condo was was great. The only complaint is that the elevators were slow and sometimes not working. One of the elevators was out of order the whole time we were there. Overall, had a great time in a beautiful location!

Vacation

The location was great. The sunsets and the fly over of the jets were fabulous to see. The only down fall was that it day TV but there is no cable. As well if the kitchen would have a few essential like some spices and a few more garbage bags, paper towel that would make a big difference Besides that we loved the condo.

Mini Vacation

LOVED LOVED LOVED the condo. Everything that was in the description was exactly how it was Every picture is how it looks in person. Very Very clean from the elevator to every inch of the condo. The Balcony is so relaxing easy to fall asleep out there. Definitely will be back!
