Amazing room and view!!

We stayed in Aqua 408 and it was wonderful. The views from the balcony were amazing. The patio furniture was so nice. This condo exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, had lots of towels and extra blankets, and there were hooks everywhere so you could hang stuff up. It was truly a wonderful week in a very convenient condo. Walking distance to everything made it even better. There were never long lines at the elevators and the pool and hot tub were never crowded. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved our short stay

Everything was great! Clean, quick access to elevators, pools and amazing balcony with ocean view/sunset view. Loved it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Aqua 408 has everything you need and everything was in excellent condition. The condo was very clean and well cared for. Management was very informative and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the included beach chair service. Also, we appreciated the excellent balcony furniture. We spent hours enjoying the balcony. All in all a big thumbs up to the owners and the management of the condo and the condominium building.

Great place to stay!

We cam to PCB for the first time and spent a lot of time researching where we wanted to stay. We were not disappointed! The check in was a breeze, the condo was clean (so clean!) and the decor was tasteful! The view was a 10 and the most surprising out of everything was the fact that we were never really waiting for the elevator. I think it was because we were on the 4th floor. The area was great and easy to get to all the hot spots. Overall a great experience!

Summer vacation getaway August 2023

The property was just as beautiful as described and it was so clean and welcoming when we arrived. Beds were comfortable,and view was amazing! Location is awesome as u can walk to almost any type of restaurant and that made it so easy because you didn’t have to constantly get in the car and deal with traffic. The owners were super responsive and always quick, never more than a few hours and when we first arrived I had a few questions and they were answered immediately. I would definitely use them again for my stays in Florida. I would highly recommend this property!

Super easy, check-in garage and unit no problems at all The room is fresh and clean, freshly painted new furniture. What a treat. We will most definitely stay at this unit again. The people handling all the paperwork did excellent job no surprises. Restaurants for walking distance

Fantastic property

Simply gorgeous condo, exactly as described. The only issues were a slightly dirty toilet when we arrived, and not being able to control the thermostat. We didn't want it cooler, just needed to continue adjusting up. We do understand the humidity issues in the area, though. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo

This was the second stay in Aqua-408 for me and my wife. We appreciated the timely reply when we asked to add another day or any other questions we had. The unit was very clean and had all of the amenities as listed; we couldn't ask for anything else for our 6 night stay. Check in/check out was smooth with an elevator close by. The large balcony with furniture was perfect for morning coffee, to watch the sunset or just people watching those on the beach or to take in the scenery of the Gulf of Mexico. We had no complaints and hope to return same time next year!

Easter Break Vacation

We booked this property last minute and it was great! Everything was exactly as stated in the description. These are some beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys in the front closet that we used (probably left from another renter). We left a volleyball for future renters too. Master bed was very comfortable- probably better than my bed at home! Furniture was great and the place was decorated very nicely. We were close to all the action and walked to Pier Park every night. A+ for this property! This is the place to rent if you want to be on Panama City beach!

Decent place, but can't say worth the $$$

Had no problem getting in and out with door code, parking across the street an additional $30.Room location was good, right off elevator, and was decently equipped, but we thought more dishwasher soap and toilet paper should be provided based on price paid. The 2nd bedroom bunk bed (bottom bed) is FOR KIDS ONLY, very uncomfortable for young adults and up. Had to use the couch for sleeping. A lot of kids in pools, so would not recommend if you want quiet pool time. Everything else was good.

Great ocean getaway

This really is a perfect location and everything is new and updated in the condo! Just beautiful. It had everything in there that we needed. Large balcony. View of ocean and sunset is amazing! As with some Airbb there isn’t any left over spices etc - but we did not require any. Super comfy mattress! Here is my only negative comment in an otherwise perfect unit. The king size bed is amazing as already stated, however, the sheets they put on it are not fitted or big enough or long enough. They laid one sheet on the bare mattress that only went to the piping around the top of the mattress, and then they put another sheet the same size on top of that! That’s it under the comforter. Not fitted or able to tuck in. So while you are sleeping, the sheets move around and you end up part on the bare mattress. 😣 That was quite aggravating to me, but we survived! So if you are expecting a bed made the normal way, just be aware they make it differently here…but WHY?!

Thanks for staying. this unit is great. Our cleaner must have used a triple sheet method on the bed. Some love it.. clearly you and I both do not. I prefer the fitted sheet setup. Will make sure that cleaner knows not to triple sheet these beds. Next time you stay with us, just let me know during your stay and we will have a new set of sheets sent over. We keep more sheets in stock than Bed Bath and Beyond ever did!!! You guys were awesome. come see us again soon. Mitch

Warning: NEST Thermostat is owner-controlled

If you like to sleep cool this might not be the condo for you! I am a woman of a "certain age" who gets hot at night and we keep our home thermostat set at 68 degrees. This condo has a Nest thermostat that the owner controls and has set on an ECO program. This means that every 1-3 hours throughout the day and night it resets to 74-76 degrees no matter what you set it on. We messaged with both maintenance and Warren Beach Rentals multiple times regarding this issue but the owner refused to change the settings until the last 2 days of our stay. Waking up sweaty every couple of hours is very unpleasant, especially when you have paid more than $2K for a weeklong stay. Otherwise, the condo was beautiful and had great beach access and amenities. We will definitely stay at AQUA again though probably not with this particular owner.
