Credit Card (Vrbo): A 3% processing fee applies when paying through Vrbo.
Direct Bank Transfer: No additional fees.

Both options include Vrbo support services.

Cleaning Fee

For stays of 32 nights or longer:

Final cleaning fee: €400
Tourist Tax

€1.75 per adult per day, applicable during the first 7 nights of the stay.

Low Season (October to April)

For monthly stays:

Utility deposit: €800 per month
Adjusted according to actual consumption
Late Check-In
8:00 PM – 12:00 AM: €45 surcharge
After 12:00 AM: €70 surcharge
